Saturday afternoon we also made a mandatory pit-stop at the hippest coffee joint in Calgary.  It is co-owned by our friend's son and they beam with pride every time they speak of his successes.  Phil & Sebastian's certainly know how to make a good cup of coffee.  Two of their baristas came in 1st and 2nd in the Canadian Barista Championships so needless to say, their beverages are top-notch.  The decor is minimal and mod and it is the perfect spot to sit on a fall day.
