Pergamum & Smyrna

Another full and glorious day! Lots of travel. Lots of sights. Lots of information. The days begin early, and end with us dragging our weary bones into the hotel in the evening. I am scrambling to remain contact with loved ones at home and journal and work. I promise there will be stories to come soon. But, first some more teasers.

Today we visited the Acropolis of Pergamum-- taking in the ruins to the temples of Athena, Dionysis, and Zeus, the ancient library of Pergamum, and the Agora of Smyrna.

It's a lot. It's good.
