last days.

It is hard to believe that just three months ago we were freaking out among the clutter of boxes in our little apartment. Not that this time has gone by fast. On the contrary, we have enjoyed the long days in new places like a hot beverage: slowly savouring each sip. But, like any holiday, time may slowly drip like corn syrup but it still keeps moving forward. When we left Canada I was elated to get away but at the same time, I suddenly realized that I had really found a home. My heart swelled at the thought of coming back. This feeling still rings true. We have two more days in this country that means so much to me. I can't say that I'm ready to come back quite yet but, I know that it is time that I do. We have loved and enjoyed:

Adventures on a little scooter all through the hills surrounding ChiangMai,

visiting familiar places,

celebrating little milestones,

and enjoying quiet.

This week we have also enjoyed a fabulous week of beach with my family. It has been a blessing to have this chance to have a family vacation together. There are two + a little one that have been missed a whole lot. A little note to them: Know we love you and are bursting to share some time with you.

This will be my last post from this side of the world. I will see many of you lurkers in a few short days, to the rest of you, thank you for journeying with us on this adventure. There has been much to process, much to enjoy, much to experience, and much to share. I will certainly need ample time and space to download when I return. You're not rid of us yet.

See you soon friends,

-E
