It is officially Spring but still Winter. Arden is officially shoveling our drive-way in a begrudgingly manner and I am thinking it is kind of appropriate that the way Zoey says "snow" kind of sounds like "no". We are so ready to ride bikes and run on cleared trails and be outside all. The. Time. It is kind of painful.
That being said, it takes one brilliant sunset to heave an evening stick on the scales of seasonal change. At about 7:30pm the light is so warm and it just makes everything look soft, even if most of it is still frozen. We are certainly enjoying our walks after supper and the way the sun is up until nearly 9pm. Even if it is kinda depressing that Zoey makes snow-castles with her sandbox bucket and shovel.
